Extra expenses to pay in person:

• Cleaning: € 20,00 one time fee;
• Heating : € 10,00 per flat;
• Bathroom linen change: € 10,00
• Bed linen change: € 10,00.

Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS: Reservations can be made by e-mail, or fax, contacting Case Vacanze Neglia's management by telephone; to be valid the reservation must be enclosed by a deposit receipt equal to 30% of the total rental amount. Payments can be in the following ways: Cash.

The payment must be made 30 days before the reservation period, penalty the loss of the amount paid as a deposit.

CANCELLATION: The cancellation of a reservation will be accepted only if justified by serious reasons with the lost of : the 30%, 30 days before the beginning of the stay; 40%, 20 days before; 50%, 15 days before and 80%, 5 days before. If you should cancel a day before your arrival, the whole amount of the rental cost will be withheld. Refund requests must be sent to Case Vacanze Neglia within 5 days of your cancellation.

Please Note: Weekly and fortnightly rates will remain the same if leaving in advance.

NO VACANCY: If the flat you reserved should not be available for unforeseeable events, Case Vacanze Neglia will find you a similar or better flat or will guarantee the refund of the entire amount without demands. Flats are not to be occupied by more people than those declared during reservation; accommodation will not be given to those that will not respect the above-mentione rule.
